As a loved one, I found the lack of transparency throughout the detox process extremely frustrating. I called on a Tuesday and did not receive a call back until Saturday. When I expressed my concerns and frustration about the lack of communication, the counselor somehow made it seem as though my frustration was my fault.
To make matters worse, I have concerns that my loved one’s insurance was billed incorrectly for a nursing home facility. There were also statements made during intake that, based on my experience, turned out not to be accurate.
If you are told that you will be able to speak with your loved one after 24 hours, do not expect that to happen. That was not our experience. Calls were not returned, communication was extremely difficult, and when I finally did receive a call, I felt that the blame was placed on me rather than my concerns being addressed.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of communication and transparency. I only hope that the residents themselves are treated with the dignity, respect, and compassion they deserve, because unfortunately, that is not how I felt their loved ones were treated.
I have now retrieved my loved one from there, yesterday he was refused medicine that was supposed to be giving to him during detox, these nurses here do not give a s*** about the residence I am not happy at all with their services my husband is grateful but as a wife and a medical provider herself I realize that his rights were violated along with mine this facility is a joke.

Tulip has been great to me. If you wanna get recovery under your belt definitely come to the hill. the counselor, case managers all the staff know what they’re doing and talking about. And you always get something out of the groups.

Tulip Hill has changed my life. The staff there is second to none. Amy my therapist was awesome. Matt one of the group leaders is a world class guru in my opinion. George the group leader tells it like it is and cares so much for addicts. Ben the tech is cool, kind, and compassionate. Ms. Helen is mother to everyone and a beautiful, funny soul. I fill that all the therapist are well knogleged with alcohol and drug related situations. the housing was a great comfortable enviorment highly reccommended for all kinds of needs very professional i fill that if i ever relapes i would come back to tulip hill

I am so incredibly grateful for this place. Tulip Hill didn’t just help me stop drinking, it gave me the therapy I needed to understand why I was drinking in the first place. Matt my therapist was patient, insightful, and helped me work through long-standing mental health challenges. For the first time, I felt like someone really listened and cared. The skills I learned, like coping with stress and managing emotions, have changed my life. I left not only sober but also mentally stronger and more resilient. That focus on mental health made all the difference in my life.

Before I came I came to Tulip Hill, I felt like my life was slipping away. I had tried to quit on my own so many times, but nothing ever stuck. The day I walked in here, I was welcomed with compassion instead of judgment, and that made all the difference.
The staff truly care about every single person who comes through their doors. They took the time to listen to my story and tailor my treatment experience to what my issues were.
The group and individual sessions became one of the most powerful parts of my recovery. Hearing from others who understood my struggles gave me strength and hope.
I can honestly say Tulip Hill gave me my life back. I made so many friends here who i know will last a lifetime.

I recommend this program to any woman struggling with addiction who has completed an inpatient rehabilitation program. "Scottina" who is the director of housing is simply amazing and she truly is a beacon who provides opportunity and stability by helping you strengthen your support system(s). The house managers do an awesome job giving attention to each woman considering their individual needs. The women are like family and I feel so lucky to be a part of this spiritual program. It's very progressive in recovery and leads you towards living a Christ like life by opening your eyes and acknowledging &accepting Jesus Christ & God's sacrifice for you individually. I am so blessed to have Beacon Recovery in my life and I encourage more women to be part of this amazing family ?❤️

I've been to several rehabs and Tulip Hill is by far the best. The way they have it designed is very effective. The therapist, case manager, techs, and management really care for us and do there all to help us. If your looking for genuine recovery this is the place.

Spent 90+ days in treatment here . Amazing facility that taught me more about how to live a life rather than just how to deal with my addiction . The staff is terrific and it made for a very comforting and safe space for recovery .

I did not receive treatment here because my insurance was out of network, however Alex and Dustin reached out to a few other programs and got me hooked up with the right place. Alex knew what I was looking for and found an amazing place for me. I wasn’t even his to worry about but I kept receiving calls from him untill he found the right place. It was so nice of him to care so much about a complete stranger. Though I couldn’t go here I can tell they truly care about getting people better. I can’t thank you enough Alex!

I have just completed 90 days here at Tulip Hill and I can honestly say this experience has been nothing short of life changing.
If you are honestly looking to change your life for the better, Tulip Hill will provide you with the tools and education that can help jumpstart you on your path to becoming a better version of yourself. Tulip Hill’s staff from the therapists, case managers and techs all genuinely care about the clients and want them to succeed in a very real and tangible way. From the moment I became a resident up until the completion of my treatment, there was not a need of mine that wasnt met. The group work is set in a very comfortable environment where true vulnerability can be displayed and each one of the therapists brings a unique and different approach that almost ensures that the client will find the help they need. This experience has put me on the right path for growth in so many areas of my life and has provided me with the tools to not only keep what Ive learned here, but continue to grow and improve in my daily life outside of treatment. I thank God for bringing me to this place and I can say with all of my heart that this experience will stay with me for the rest of my life. Thank you to all of the staff here at Tulip Hill for everything you have done for me.

I can’t say enough good things about this rehab located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The staff here is truly beyond supportive—they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and cared for. The clients are equally amazing; I’ve met some of the kindest, most understanding people who’ve made this journey feel less isolating and more like a shared experience.
Through my time here, I’ve grown so much. I’ve rediscovered the confidence I once thought was lost and have developed tools to maintain a healthier, happier lifestyle. The community here is absolutely incredible, and it’s been such a safe and welcoming space for healing. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly rebuild yourself surrounded by positivity and care, I highly recommend this rehab.

Tulip Hill is defferent than any recovery I’ve been to. The staff genuinely care about the clients and want to see us succeed. I’ve learned so much about myself and my addiction since being here. It’s a great place to find yourself and get recovery. 10/10 would recommend.
